1. No monies are due until your order is almost complete (we will email you at this time to arrange payment and delivery).
  2. Our prices do not include postage. If you require a courier, please state this in the ‘Additional Information’ box at the checkout or contact us with your postcode and product and we will provide you with a quotation. Please note that a signature will be required on courier delivery as items are always insured.
  3. We accept cash on collection.  If you would like to collect from us, you can either collect from our premises or from a dog show we are attending. We are based in Essex, J29 of the M25.
  4. Cheques and Bank Transfers are accepted prior to dispatch of your item.
  5. The buyer is responsible for any additional payment fees charged by the bank (i.e. international transfers, Chaps payments).
  6. We do not accept PayPal payments.
